We have been living in Fairfax County, between overseas tours, since 1971 and have had cable TV in our house since 1984. I know there were some risque movies showm on our cable system but I surely wouldn’t call them pornographic.
The only censorship I approve of is self censorship - in other words you watch what you want, but let me watch what 1 want. TV sets still come with an on/off switch.
I am working for the U.S. Government here in Okinawa, Japan and will be retiring in June 1990 when I plan to return to Rappahannock and build a house in Amissville. Believe me, I am certainly looking forward to that. I wonder if I will be able to watch cable TV or will I have to install a satellite antenna because of local censorship? k
