The Flint Hill United Methodist Church will have worship service on' Sunday, Sept. 3 at 11:15 a.m. with communion. The pastor, the Rev. Merlin Shorb invites the public.

George Grimsley was a Wednesday visitor of his sister, Ethel Lillard and family. Visiting on Saturday evening were Ada Grimsley and Millie James.

Charlie Lillard and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hickerson visited with their sister Mrs. Martha Jenkins at Etlan on Saturday.

The Hickersons were Sunday dinner guests of the Charlie Lillard’s.

Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Crave of Lanham, Md. spent a few days at their home here.

Visiting Mrs; Wade Pullen on * Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Butler and boys, Daniel and Todd, Dougie Bywaters, Mrs. Mary Frances Bywaters, Matthew Bywaters and J ennifer Bywaters.
