After protests from the Washington’s Planning Commissioners that they had not had time to review the documents, the residents who plan to subdivide the Stuart property off Main Street behind the former Washington Cash Store agreed to a two week delay to allow publiccomment on the proposal.
Partners Dean and Linda Morehouse, Susan and Robert Parrish, Patrick O’Connell and Reinhardt Lynch bought the property this past May after it was advertised for sale by the trustees holding a note for the owner, Bruce Corneal. They paid $245,000 for the 9.77 acre parcel.
