The plans displayed by the partnership show a total of seven lots, of which six are at least 1.5 acres in size. They are zoned rural residential, w hich requires 1.5 acre lots served by town water.
The seventh is a .41 acre parcel fronting on Main Street, which is zoned for mixed use.
The plan also includes a road, entering the property on the west side from Blue Ridge Avenue. It would be built to Virginia Department of Transportation specifications, with an 18-foot pavement w idth on a 50-foot rightof-way. It will be called Stuart Street.
