The festival Parade follows at 10:30 a.m. with marching bands, marching units including the McDonalds Double Dutch Jump Rope Team, floats and antique cars.
During the afternoon there will be live entertainment at the Gazebo area on the comer of Main and Chester Streets. On Saturday the Civil War Re-enactment groups will present a program and demonstration at noon and again at 4 p.m.
Magic will be in the air when Kevin Owens performs at 12:30, 2:00 and 3:30 p.m. Two local favorites are also performing on Saturday. John Russell will be directing the Community Band at 1 p.m. and the Rivermont Ramblers Square Dancers will perform at 2:30 p.m.
The Brothers, performing two shows at 1 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. and the Angelic Voices, performing at 3:30 p.m. provide musical entertainment on Sunday. A festival favorite, the Fearless Airborne Conjury, will perform his thrilling feats of magic and juggling with a comic presentation at 12:30, 1:45, 3:00 and 4:30 p.m.
The Front Royal Little Theater will present “Graceland” and several dramatizations at E. Wilson Morrison School Auditorium on Crescent Street at 3 p.m. on Saturday and at 1:45 p.m. on Sunday. More drama will unfold on Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m. when the Blue Ridge Arts Council and the Northern Virginia 4H Educational Center sponsors: Wayside on Tour performing “The Good Doctor” at the 4-H Center.
