Seventh District Congressman D. french Slaughter Jr. is again serving as the honorary chairman of the Seventh Congressional District Art Competition, which isopen to all high school students in the congressional district. All works entered will be displayed at the 4-H Center in Front Royal, and juried by guest artists invited to serve as judges.
