A recent survey by Social Security of its offices and teleservice centers across the country showed that the most frequently asked questions were ones related to Social Security cards, according to Bruce A. Hundley, Social Security office manager in Culpeper.
Questions asked about how to get a Social Security card, how to replace a lost card, and how to change a person’s name shown on the card.
