Torando Watch: Be on the alert 1-3 East Texas-Virginia; and again 5-7 Georgia-Virginia. Residents in the Southeastern quarter should batten down the hatches 14-16.
Full Moon: February’s full moon, known as the snow moon, occurs on the 9th at 2:16 p.m. E.S.T., at which time there will be a total eclipse, but unfortunately this will not be visibile in our area.
