The Rappahannock County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 21, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider a proposed Fiveyear Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) for Rappahannock county. The plan is intended as a listing of those capital projects (physical improvements to structures, motor vehicle purchases, data processing equipment, etc.) deemed necessary by the County for the coming five year period.
