The Council granted no variances for this subdivision. The Council waived a provision of the subdivision ordinance which the Planning Commission interpreted to require drainfields to be on the lot of the structure served.
The waiver was recommended by the Planning Commission when it unanimously approved the preliminary plat for the subdivision, subject to Health Department approval of the off-site drainfield locations.
