Herman Terhune
Mr. Herman Ramsey Terhune, 89, of Mockingbird Hill, Viewtown, died February 4, at his residence.
He was a native of New York and had lived in Amissville.
Mr. Terhune was a member of Amissville Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, F. Pauline Terhune of Viewtown; one son, Stephen John Terhune of Bowie, Md., two daughters, Virginia Burton of Bowie, Md., Joanne Hanson of Lanham, Md.; six grandchildren, Deborah, Terri, Tamera, Richard, John and Stephen; and three great-grandchildren.
^His parents were the late John A. and Migonette Bogert Terhune.
A funeral service was held at the Amissville Baptist Church February 7. The Rev. Thomas Everett and the Rev. Sidney F. Rodriquez officiated. Interment was in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Amissville Ruritan Club.
Clore Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
