We learn of Elizabeth Birman’s Jnnovation Fund, a Hungarian state-financed venture-capitol arrangement which was set up to make business developments possible. He associates Ms. Birman with Agnes Cseresnyes, managing director of a banking joint venture and Susanna Olah, general manager of Biotechnika, a company organized to take advantage of the research results of Szeged Research Center, a complex of four research institutes of biophysics, genetics, biochemistry and plant physiology. The ingenuity of these women, as examples, have made the development of private enterprises in Hungary successful.
