Revival at
Forest Grove
The Forest Grove Baptist Church of Viewtown will be holding its annual revival services Oct. 7-10, at 7:30 p.m.
The speaker for this year’s revival at Forest Grove is the Rev. J. Harold Eaton, Sr. who is pastor of the Slate Mills Baptist Church.
Rev. Eaton is a native of Locusville, Kentucky. He has pastored in Virginia Baptist churches for 44 years, 23 of them in churches of the Shiloh Baptist Association. From 1946 to 1949, he pastored in Madison County. In 1970, he returned to the Shiloh Association, accepting a call to pastor the Novum and Slate Mills
