• Blood pressure screenings are | offered every Wednesday in the ; "• South Lobby from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
•The weekly Diabetic Class will i be held at 9:30 a.m. each Tuesday in 1 the 2 South Conference Room.
• On Thursday, Oct. 4 from 1 i p.m. to 2:30 p.m. the hospital will participate in an American Hospital Association Teleconference entitled “Disaster Drills: How to Meet — and Exceed — Emergency Preparedness Standards.” This will be held in — the Inservice Office at the hospital.
• A public C.P.R. class, including adult CPR and choking, will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. in the hospital conference room.
• On Tuesday, Oct. 16 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. the hospital will sponsor a videoconference by the Virginia Hospital Television Network entitled “Ethical Issues in Nursing.” ' This will be held in the Inservice Office of the hospital.
• Local E.M.S. providers will participate in a videoconference for rescue squad personnel on Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 7 p.m. in the Inservice Office.
• The Heart-to-Heart Club will meet in the hospital conference room on Thursday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m.
• The Stroke Club will meet at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24 in the Physical Therapy Department.
• An American Hospital Association Teleconference entitled, “How To Make Sound Business Decisions about Technology” will be held on Thursday, Oct. 25 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in the Inservice Office at the hospital.
• The Cancer Support Group will meet at 7 p.m. in the conference room on Thursday, Oct. 25.
