The Rappahannock County Dem,u ocratic Committee will hold its annual cocktail party at the residence of Douglas K. Baumgardner, chairmm man of the Rappahannock County Democratic Party on Saturday, Oct. 6 at 3 p.m.
All Democrats, indpendents and <■' even interested and/or supportive Republicans are invited to attend, according to Mr. Baumgardner. The only “litmus test” for admission to this party, according to the chairman, is a minimum donation of $10 (to be collected at the door) and an interest in or support of the Democratic candidate in this fall’s congressional election.
