PURSUANT to Section 6-1-2 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia. will hold a public nearing on Wednesday, October 10, 1990, at 8:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

Application by Adelphia Cable Communications (Central Virginia Cable, Inc ) to string coaxial cable and connections to subscribers to Cable Television service in the Town of Washington, all zoning districts. All equipment to be hung on existing poles Use allowed under Articles 1-4-1 (b), 1-4-2 (e), 1-4-3 (c), and 1-4-4 (D), Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance.
