Can write-in protest votes change anything? Of course, and it is only necessary to understand two things. One, that all politicians will do anything to remain in office, and, two, to remember that only 18 percent of the people have put him there. If nothing else, politicians are experts in reading the signs of the times. You don’t have to throw him out of office to get him to mend his ways. Little rudders steer big ships.
The fact that so few people participate in their government is clear evidence that the day of the political party and the political candidate is coming to a close. The citizens are losing interest in who runs the Country, they are concerned with how it is run. The write-in vote will give goverment back to the people where it belongs.
My purpose in running is to be a part of that process.
