Only Allison and his sister, Thelma Allison Knowlton, have not pleaded.

Apperson said he expects the trial, which begins April 19, to last about four days. He said it looks as if the case will go to trial. Pre-trial motions are April 12.

In requesting the wiretap back in October, Apperson testified and named several people whose names had not previously surfaced in official court documents as being involved in the alleged conspiracy: Wayne Leonard of Sperryville, Jen.nifer Erdley Jackson of Warrenton, Christine Rebecca Smelser (Melvin), Joseph F. Claffey Jr. of Hilton Head, S.C., Angela Celeste Allison (Allison’s daughter) and Laurie Beth Jones, Allison’s girlfriend.

According to Apperson, they “and others yet unknown have committed, are committing, and will continue to commit offenses involving the distribution of cocaine . . . the possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, . . . use of a (phone) to facilitate the commission of narcotics felonies involving cocaine, . . . interstate travel in aid of narcotics distributions, . . . and the laundering of money derived from narcotics distributions.”

An new revelation from Larson’s affidavit is that one of the government’s anonymous sources, “Confidential Informant I,” was at the Fauquier County residence of Sally Bolton when he or she “observed Allison store a green plastic garbage bag containing what CI-1 estimated to be five to ten pounds of cocaine at Bolton’s residence.”

Phone calls to Ms. Bolton Tuesday were not successful in contacting her.
