CI-1 also told Larson that Allison “obtains a new supply of cocaine approximately every two weeks.”
He described Allison as driving around on back roads and changing cars several times in the course of a day. Apperson said Allison would drive the back roads to avoid police surveillance.
Larson said that CI-1 also “stated that Jennifer Jackson of Long and Foster Realty, Warrenton, Virginia, had handled the purchase of at least one of Allison’s real estate acquisitions.” Ms. Jackson could not be reached by phone Tuesday.
“CI-1 also stated that Allison has economic interest in the Comer Garden, Middleburg, Virginia, which ik a flower shop owned by Ms. Bolton.' CI-1 also advised that Allison has invested in a jumping horse owned and trained by Martha Sifton Jackson of Hume,” according to court records, Mrs. Jackson could not be reached by phone Tuesday.
Another allegation Larson makes in his affidavit is that CI-1 claims that he or she has “personally observed Allison sell retail amounts of cocaine to at least 50 different people.”
Another informant, CI-2, told Larson that Allison paid Jimmie Melvin’s wife Christine Smelser between $5,000 and $6,000 “for Melvin to retain an attorney to represent him” after being arrested for cocaine charges in Warren County. Apperson would not comment on that allegation.
According to Larson’s statement to the court, three people in Fauquier County accrued substantial debt to Allison for cocaine: Delia Myers of Hume, Jeannie Ritchie of Bealeton and Kevin Muncy of Warrenton.
Efforts to contact them Tuesday were not successful.
