operator of G & M Auto Sales and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Unity Lodge 146 AF&AM, Giles B. Cook Post 53, American Legion, VFW Post 1860, BPOE Elk Lodge 2382, Front Royal Lions Club, Front Royal Moose Lodge 829 and the Marlow Heights Baptist Church.
Surviving are one son, W. Gary Bunch of Front Royal; one daughter, Rae B. Wines of Front Royal; two brothers, Charles L. Bunch of Culpeper and Douglas Bunch of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Wallace Russell, Nelson Longerbeam, Lionel Boger, Riley Sloat, Lynn Armentrout and William Craun.
Honorary pallbearers were Wayne Aleshire, William Place, Gene Rozell, Gene Grove, Ray McCarty and Paul Yates.
A Masonic memorial service was conducted Friday, March 15 at Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal by Unity Lodge 146 AF&AM.
