The Old Dominion Hunt races at Ben Venue on U.S. 211 will run starting at noon April 6.
The nine races feature foxhunters, ladies, owner-rider, novice, Yider opportunity flat and regular flat races and hurdle races.
Admission is $5, but children under 12 get in free.

The following day, at 1 p.m. April 7, the hunt will hold a hunting pair event for free at the Ben Venue course. The hunting pair is for pairs of horses that have hunted during the 1990-91 season. The course runs over flagged natural hunting coun»try. There will be junior optimum and optimum time only.
