in connection with the SperryvHle sewage treatment plant (hereinafter referred to as the "STF') The enforcement action to be taken is a consent special order (hereinafter referred to as the "Order"). The Authority has agreed to the Order. Under the Order, the Authority will install dechlorination facilities at the STP. The Board will receive, for thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, written comments relating to the Order. Comments should be address to Kathleen O'Connell, Office of Enforcement, State Water. Control Board, P.O. Box 11143, Richmond, Virginia 23230, and should refer to the Order. The Order may be examined at the Board's Office of Enforcement, at 2107 N. Hamilton Street, in Richmond, Virginia. A copy of the Order may be obtained in person, or by mail, from the Office of Enforcement.
