Realtor and land broker Butch Zindel of Amissville realized something during his years selling properties in Rappahannock and surrounding counties: although he was hired by the land seller to represent them, he generally preferred to deal with the buyers.
So, following a national trend, he founded the Buyers’ Agency in June, and now works full-time as an advocate for the buyer.
“I found I liked working with the buyers more, and it was about impossible to have a good relationship with the buyers and not be 100 percent loyal to the seller,”
