The county Planning Commission recommended approval of a residential care facility north of Flint Hill and a bed and breakfast at the edge of Washington last Wednesday.
However, they recommended denial of Matthew Iten’s application for a special use permit to build an efficiency apartment over an equipment storage building in the Viewtown area.
