In addition all three plans call for moving 15 people from Piedmont District to Hampton District. Those people are north and west of Rock Mills where Piedmont, Hampton and Stonewall-Hawthome Districts all come together.
Under the old district divisions, the line between Piedmont and Hampton came down Route 622, The Shade Road, to the Covington River and then followed the river past where it intersected the StonewallHawthome District line at Route 621. The line then followed the river until it joins the Thornton River and becomes the line separating Stonewall-Hawthome District and Jackson District.
