He also said that the ‘‘smaller fish” in the alleged Allison cocaine distribution network in Fauquier are currently being investigated by the Sheriffs Office, and that “hopefully” more indictments will be forthcoming in Fauquier Circuit Court.
Jenkins also disclosed that there are supposedly pictures of a former county deputy at Allison’s house. U.S. Attorney Jay Apperson has said multiple photographs were seized during the November raids at Allison’s Marshall and Washington, Va., residences.
“This office initiated the investigation,” said Jenkins, a statement corroborated by the FBI’s own statements in court documents.
In another Allison case development, an attorney for Jennifer Jackson of Warrenton, the real estate agent named in court documents, says his client had no participation in the alleged drug ring.
