Mel Gibson is the Danish prince whose father7s ghost pushes him to revenge regicide in "Hamlet," at the Theatre at Washington, Va. at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, May 5.

The modern version of Shakespeare's classic was directed by Franco Zefferelli and stars Glen Close as Gertrude.

Windmore Foundation for the Arts in Culpeper brings the irreverent satire of offBroadway to Culpeper May 2-4 when it presents "A Coupla White Chicks Sitting Around Talking."

Written by John Ford Noonan, the adult comedy involves the relationship of two very different vvomen, who despite their best efforts, develop a friendship based on a common thread.
