The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the defendant on the ground of having lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for a period in excess of one (1) year.

I appearing from an affidavit that defendant Jairo Gonzales Garcia, is not a resident of this state and that diligence has been used by or on behalf of plaintiff to ascertain the whereabouts of the defendant, without effect, it is ORDERED that the defendant appear before this Court within ten days after the due publication of this notice, and do what is necessary to protect his interest herein. PURSUANT to Section 12.1- 10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 3, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s):

SPECIAL EXCEPTION #91-05-01

Application by Gardner Mills to subdivide a ten (10) acre parcel into two pieces, of approximately two and eight acres, respectively. Property zoned “HR", Rural Residential, requiring a Special Exception under Section 3.4-2 (B) of the Ordinance to make a lot of less than five (5) acres. Tax Map 2, Parcel 12A.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 1991, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1- 9, if any.
