Fletcher was operating a 1976 Chevy pickup on Main Street in Washington when Trooper Knick spotted him, said Sgt. Adams.
“Knowing his operator’s license status [that it was revoked], he stopped the vehicle,” said Sgt. Adams.
A check with the Division of Motor Vehicles determined that Fletcher had been declared a habitual offender, said Sgt. Adams.
He was arrested, and a court date of June 4 was set, said Sgt. Adams.
