Bill FitzSimons (March 11) seems to have absorbed various propaganda lines. He ought to try a little history. For instance, the War Between the States was not fought over the issue of slavery and did not “end” it.
George Bush and his cronies (masters?), the CIA, promoted the Iraq/Kuwait massacre for a number of reasons, but “freedom” was pretty far down on their list.
