Fauquier County Government is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to be responsible for all facets of personnel administration for 250 employees and direct an office staff of three Responsibilities include compensation and classification, recruitment, placement, training and development programs, benefits administration, wellness programs, employee relations and safety. Requires a Bachelor's degree in personnel administration, business, labor relations or related field, or any equivalent combination of training and/or experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities, with five (5) years progressively responsible experience in personnel management and employee relations.
