PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will hold a Public Hearing at 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 16, 1991, at the Courthouse of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Washington, Virginia for the purpose of considering an Ordinance authorizing the issuance, sale and award of a *231,500.00 General Obligation Water System Bond, Series 1991A and a *133,000.00 General Obligation Water System Bond, Scries 1991B of the Town of Washington, Virginia and providing for the form, details and payment thereof.

A copy of said Oixlinance shall be available at the Office of the County Administrator of the County of Rappahannock County on Gay Street, Washington, Virginia, during normal business hours.

All interested persons are invited to attend and make their comments known. /O _
