During May the Middle Street Gallery and Artists’ Co-op is sponsoring a group exhibition intended to explore the question of spirituality in artists’ lives and their work and by offering a community dialogue on this timely subject.
Curated by gallery member artists Dianne Waldron, Tanya Richey and Linda Ramer, “Spirituality and Art” is a collection of responses selected from 38 artists who submitted over 90 entries for the show.
“Spirituality and Art” is Middle Street’s second annual multi-media art event and will open Friday, May 3 and run through Monday, May 27 (note the change).
An opportunity to meet the artists will be provided at the show’s opening reception from 2 p.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, May 4.
