Ripley is saving her coins to take a trip to New York.
Besides the Saturday night performance, Mr. Pugh conducts a series of workshops at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sunday and Monday at the Town Hall.
The workshops “offer great diversity for those who are performers to non-performers,” Mrs. Portman said.
It is for those interest in the style of Michael Chekhov or for those “interested in the creative process,” she said.
Advance registration is necessary and those interested should contact the Ki Theatre office at 9873164. Enrollment is limited and Ms. Portman urges those interested to make reservations as soon as possible.
Prices for the workshop are $25 per session or $60 for the series.
Concluding the weekend with a Sunday night performance the entire family will enjoy is Larry Goldstein of Charlottesville and Mark Jaster of Maryland.
“Mark Jaster uses jester and no words,” Ms. Portman said of the clown act, adding both performers use live music as part of their production.
