Guest spaker Colonel “Rick” Davis, Commander, Vint Hills Farms Station, was introduced by Colonel Ellis Bingham, a Ruritan and Supervisor, Jackson District. Colonel Davis spoke of the bravery of all the Desert Storm heroes and their sacrifice, as well as their families’ sacrifice during the war.
