keep law-abiding citizens from owning firearms is a government to be feared. The right to keep and bear arms is one of the God-given rights affirmed in the Constitution. It is the ultimate right which enables us to protect our lives, our property and our freedom to speak, worship, gather, and publish.

A fully armed citizenry is a safeguard against this abuse of power and that is exactly what the Second Amendment is all about. This was stated ever so beautifully in The Declaration of Independence, “that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends (to secure our unalienable rights), it is the Right of the People (you and me) to alter or to abolish it...”
