The objects of this suit are to establish the boundary lines with respect to properties owned by CWL Associates, a Virginia Limited Partnership and Robert J Miko, and/or to quiet title or establish title by adverse possession as to a tract of land containing 8.0132 acres, more particularly described by the pleadings heretofore filed in this cause, said land being described by survey of Land Surveys, Inc. dated November 24, 1986

An Affidavit having been made and filed and the Bill of Complaint having stated that the addresses of Robert E Durand and Virginia C Durand, if they be living, or unknown, and that Defendants Lynn Parker, Virginia Parker, Ruth Wolston, Emma Lou Floyd, Mary Etta Griffin, Barbara McDade, Russell Long, Gertrude B Long, Charles E Long, Jr, Mrs. Morton Rader and Frances Mae Barnett are non-residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Bill of Complainant has made said parties Defendant by the general description PARTIES UNKNOWN, it is, therefore

ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that all possible PARTIES UNKNOWN, having an interest in all of that certain tract or parcel of land containing 8.0132 acres more particularly described by the pleadings heretofore filed in this cause are made Parties Defendant and said parties are made Parties Defendant by a general description of the "PARTIES UNKNOWN" as the unknown heirs of Robert E. Durand. Virginia C. Durand, John Keyset and Sally Long Keyser; and

It is furmer ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED. that Robert E Durand and Virginia C. Durand, if they be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees or successors in title if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands consisting of 8.0132 acres more particularly described
