Rappahannock voters should have a chance to decide whether they want to have an elected School Board this November.
Susan Parrish and her friends did succeed in gathering enough signatures to place the question on the ballot this year. They needed almost 350, 10 percent of the voters, and the deadline was last Wednesday.
