“We’re small enough that the customer can sit right here with us and have a say in what they want and where,” on their newsletter, business card, advertisement or pamphlet, Ms. Carnahan said pointing to an example - a recorder scanned onto the computer screen and retouched by Ms. Carnahan in order to be original for the customer.
