Donna Cooper Donna Story Cooper, 23, of Culpeper, died Wednesday, Aug. 5 at her mother’s home in Deltona, Fla. Mrs. Cooper was an employee of AT&T in Manassas. She is survived by her husband, Steve Cooper of Culpeper; her parents, Ruth Ann and Sandy Story of Deltona; a daughter, Crystal Wharton of Deltona; a step-daughter, Ashley. Cooper of Warrenton; three brothers, Danny Story of Charlottesville, Tony Waterfall of Seattle and David Story of Deltona and two sisters, Debbie Shifflett of Deltona and Dawn Wilson of Culpeper.
