Small Fry has done a large amount of local business since the inception of the company, ‘but there is only so much work that can be done in the Rappahannock area,' pointed out Mr. Kvames.
Area businesses Small Fry has worked for in the past include the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community, and the Oldway Craft Village. Mr. Kvames said, “if you’ve been to Little Washington, you’ve seen our work.”
But, the couple does not just produce local copy. Their Apple Macintosh II files are filled with materials for clients as far away as California or as close as Front Royal.
The two are part of an entire publication network. For example, the two may design and produce with a scanned photo an advertising pamphlet for a company in Vermont. The prototype is faxed to the company for approval, re-faxed with approval or changes, sent to a printing company for printing forwarded to a publication company for publication
