When Virginia voters go to the polls this November they will have to decide on more than candidates for President, vice president and House of Representatives.
This year state voters will also be asked to decide on three state bond referendums. If the voters approve, bonds will be issued to support higher education, parks and recreation and mental health.
The bonds will be paid off with proceeds from the state lottery.
