REQUESTFOR

PROPOSALS

The County of Rappahannock is requesting proposals for the following services:

1. ) To provide all labor and materials in repairing and replacing rotting ana decayed trim-work on the Commissioner of the Revenue Building, on Gay Street in Washington, Virginia. Said services to include repairing window sills and other Dim, scraping and repainting with high-grade exterior paint all exterior trim, as well as repairing and replacing such pieces as may be necessary (this aspect of the work may be bid on a fixed price or a per square foot replacement price).

2. ) To provide all labor and materials in repairing and repainting all trim work on the Clerk s Office Building on Gay Street in Washington, Virginia. Said services to include repairing window sills and other Dim, scaping and repainting with high-grade exterior paint all exterior trim, as well as repairing and replacing such pieces as may be necessary (this aspect of the work may be bid on a fixed price or per
