Miss Rappahannock set
Hie annual Miss Rappahannock pageant sponsored by the Sperryville Volunteer Rescue Squad will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 24 at Rappahannock High School. Rehearsal will be held at the school at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 22.

School plans open house
The Spring Mountain School in Washington will have an open house from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 22 in the kindergarten class.
Early registration for the 1993-94 school year will be held April 22-30 and includes nursery, kindergarten and grades 1-3. For more information call 6751458 or 987-8606.
County tags due May 1
County taxes must be paid and vehicle registration cards must be stamped by the Commissioner of Revenue before vehicle decals may be purchased. New 1993 stickers must be displayed on all vehicles by May 1. For information, call Mrs. Foster’s office, 6753334.
