“The 1993 Culpeper-MadisonRappahannock Farm Show catalogs are now available, and we’re pleased to announce that Carrie Baldwin, a resident of Rappahannock County, had her design selected for the cover,” stated Helen Smith, Extension Agent.
Carrie is the 12-year daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Baldwin of Washington.
