day. There will be bedding plants for sale, both flowers and vegetables. A “grandma’s attic” rummage sale will offer a variety of items, and for the hungry there will be a choice of fried or barbecued chicken dinners, hamburgers, hot dogs, and cold drinks as well as a choice of baked “goodies.”
The opportunity to pre-register has passed. To register on race day runners must sign up at the Vierling warehouse in Flint Hill. Race organizers say parking is limited in Flint Hill. They hope most people will park in the Washington area.
Bus service will again be offered from Washington to Flint Hill at 9 a.m. and again at 9:30 for the start of the race, and again from Washington to Flint Hill at the end of the race.
