The Washington Architectural Review Board is limited in what it can consider when applications are presented to it.

Thursday's meeting as the members started by adding to the minutes of
February meeting a statement that their review of the steps in front of the log cabin on Main Street was for “architectural appropriately only, not for their placement or t;he lack of handicapped access.”
