Those wishing to participate in this contest need to submit their designs using pen and ink and another using three colors.
The winning design will be used on Festival tee shirts and other printed materials. The winner will receive a prize valued at $100.
All entries must be submitted to the Warren Heritage Society by June 1,1993.
