Wide Variety Offered In
Celebration of Creativity t The Celebration of Student Creativity at the high school last Friday offered quite a variety of things to watch and ponder. From art works by high school students including the amazing senior Philip Smiley, to wondrous animal masks used to reenact French fairy tales, to clothing made from recycled materials, to elementary students enacting stories in Spanish written by high school students for young children, to Dr. David Snyders observations on the connections between the natural world and all its denizens, it was a fascinating evening. ( Pictured here are two small pieces of the evening. The top photo shows Teresa Hudson’s “Mystic Dragon.” Under that are Ashley Dunn and Emily Bare, who acted out a story of a trip to Mexico.
