raise funds to support women in a crisis pregnancy. The walk is not about any political statement nor is it a demonstration. The Center offers alternatives in a loving, caring, Christian way that is non-judgemental, and all of its services are confidential and offered free of charge. It is a heart-to-heart encounter. No signs allowed during the walk.
Some services provided include: free pregnancy testing, confidential counseling, post-abortion counseling and support groups, 24-hour hotline at 804-979-8888, shepherding home and maternity home referrals, support groups, and Abstinence Program and School and Youth Groups.
The need is great. CPC is a nonprofit organization and depends solely on support from the community. The walk is one of two major fund-raisers.
